Our agency won’t overwhelm you with complex rate structures or lengthy contracts filled with legalese. At Lighthouse Recruiting, our fee is simply 25% of the first year’s annual salary in exchange for our services – upon the candidate’s acceptance of your company’s offer of employment. And when paid within 30 days of the invoice date, this investment in your new hire comes complete with the Lighthouse Recruiting exclusive guarantee.

Personally Guaranteed – up to one year!

Our principals personally guarantee every client’s satisfaction. At no additional expense to your company, Lighthouse will exclusively replace any placement if either one of the following circumstances occurs within 90 calendar days of the hire date:

	The individual terminates employment or,
	Your company terminates the individual from the employed position

In some cases – we can extend this up to one year – ask us how!

All we require is that your company notify our agency in writing within five business days of the notice of termination.

This guarantee would not apply in the following situations, which are beyond the scope of any recruitment agency:

	Company downsizing
	Elimination of position
	Termination due to lack of work
	Significant change to the original responsibilities or composition of the job

Lighthouse cannot be responsible for the individual’s specific decisions or performance while employed by the client.
